LOD Services is a service provided by Joe Robinson started in 2018. Joe is a former architect with 33 years experience as a full service architect, including 23 years of experience providing Lease Outline Drawings for clients in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.
Most architects consider Lease Outline Drawings as a service that they provide as they anticipate bigger, more interesting projects. While Joe has a great deal of commercial architectural experience, he has put that chapter of his life behind him because he simply enjoys producing LODs.
While Joe may provide some very basic layout changes, he no longer provides architectural design services, and does not provide building code or zoning analysis.
As a small business, focusing on LODs, Joe has minimal overhead expenses, allowing him to provide these services at substantially lower cost.
