LOD Services is a new service provided by Joe Robinson started in January of 2018. Joe is a registered architect with 33 years experience as a full service architect, including 23 years of experience providing Lease Outline Drawings for clients in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.
Most architects consider Lease Outline Drawings as a service that they provide as they anticipate bigger, more interesting projects. While Joe has a great deal of full service architectural experience, he simply enjoys doing LODs.
As a small business, Joe has minimal overhead expenses, allowing him to provide these services at substantially lower cost.
